Measure & Scoop out appropriate dosage

approximately a quarter to half of the provided spoon, or the size of 1 to 2 grains of rice

Mix in or sit spoon in half cup warm water to dissolve completely

When to take Shilajit

Adults - Best in the morning on an empty stomache

150 – 500mg 1-2x per day

Children - Best in the morning on an empty stomache

50 – 100mg 1-2x per day

Pets - Best in liquid in the morning, on an empty stomach

50mg per 70kg 1-2x per day
  • Use your Lijit measuring spoon for correct dosage measurement. Alternatively, start from the size of a rice grain up to a pea size amount.
  • Higher doses are recommended for those with high physical demand or larger body mass.
  • Shilajit is safe in high doses when taken in pure resin form and is from a high-quality source.

Caution

  • Consult with your health practitioner if taking other supplements or medication to ensure safety.
  • Not suitable in pregnancy and lactation due to lack of safety data.
